A 90-minute journey into presence and truth, guided by the gentle, intuitive mirrors that horses naturally are. With Mandy’s support, you’ll explore emotional clarity, healthy boundaries, and newfound layers of awareness in a way that feels honest, grounded, and deeply restorative.

A meaningful, experiential session where your small group learns from the wisdom of horses together. Beginning with an hour of introduction and safety, each participant receives approximately 30 minutes of individual horse time while the group observes and supports. Expect powerful takeaways in communication, emotional intelligence, boundaries, and authentic connection.

Vinyasa “Vin-yaah-sa” is a style of yoga with an emphasis on linking movement with breathing. This is our signature class and it’s taught in a hot room (95 degrees with added humidity).
