Hot Vinyasa Yoga is Mandy’s signature public class at Root Down Yoga Studio. Practiced in a warm room (approximately 95 degrees with added humidity), this class links movement with breath in a steady, flowing sequence that supports strength, mobility, and mental clarity.
Mandy’s teaching style is warm, grounded, and accessible to all levels. Clear cues, mindful pacing, and thoughtful modifications allow beginners to feel supported while offering experienced students space to explore depth and challenge. Throughout class, you’ll be invited to listen inward — choosing when to engage intensity and when to rest.
Each session blends mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and moments of stillness to help reset your nervous system and reconnect with your body. This is a practice of presence, awareness, and self-trust — practiced in community.
