The Small Group Integrated Yoga + EFL Session brings together the grounding support of yoga and the reflective wisdom of horses in a shared group setting. This experience is ideal for friends, partners, families, or small teams who want to explore presence, communication, and connection together.

The session begins with group yoga to help settle the nervous system, soften physical tension, and create embodied awareness. This shared practice supports emotional regulation and prepares the group for meaningful engagement with the horses.

Following yoga, each participant receives individual Equine-Facilitated Learning time with the horses while the rest of the group observes. This observational component is a powerful part of the experience — often offering insight, reflection, and clarity not only about others, but about oneself.

Yoga may also be offered at the end of the session to help integrate insights and anchor the experience into the body. The flow and pacing of the day are guided intentionally based on the group’s needs, energy, and intentions.

No prior yoga or horse experience is required. Mandy holds the space with warmth, clarity, and a strong emphasis on safety and emotional support.

FAQ
Do all participants get individual time with the horses?

Yes. Each participant receives approximately 30 minutes of active time with the horses, while the rest of the group observes.

Is yoga accessible for all levels?

Yes. Yoga is adapted to meet each participant where they are and focuses on presence rather than performance.

Can this session work for teams or families?

Absolutely. This format works well for friends, couples, families, and small teams seeking deeper connection and insight.

What if someone in the group is nervous around horses?

That’s completely normal. Mandy will guide the session at a pace that feels safe and supportive, selecting appropriate horses for the group.

Sessions may be rescheduled due to hazardous weather conditions. You will not be charged for weather-related cancellations.
