Natural Wisdom is an invitation to slow down and reconnect as the seasons begin to shift. Hosted at the Eleven 11 Ranch, this fall retreat blends grounding yoga practices, guided equine experiences, and nature-based reflection to support inner clarity and presence.
This retreat offers space to listen inward, rest deeply, and reconnect with what feels most true — all within a supportive, small-group setting rooted in nature.
No experience required. Just curiosity and a willingness to arrive fully.

I’m Pam, and nature, adventure, animals, and yoga are at the heart of who I am. You’ll often find me camping with my family, paddleboarding, spending time at the barn with horses, or practicing yoga.
After retiring from a 30-year career as an environmental educator, I am very grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to lead groups, continue learning, and explore new places. Guiding groups along Lake Superior also has been a true joy, and safety and connection are at the core of everything I do—I’m a certified Wilderness First Responder (WFR) and a yoga teacher.
Horses have recently become a treasured part of my life, helping me grow in awareness and understanding. I feel deep gratitude for their quiet beauty and enjoy learning all they have to offer.
I love sharing these passions with others through retreats and guided adventures, creating spaces where people can connect with themselves, each other, and the natural world!
